Hi. Just wanted to say that I just purchased your book today and wanted to first congratulate you on your accomplishment as I know how much hard work it takes. I have not read it cover to cover yet, but plan to this weekend. I have browsed through it and I think the approach you have taken is a great one since you tap into the fears that many new runners have about being a runner, how to get started, and how to consider yourself a runner regardless of your level of experience. Lots of great tips as well. Best of luck on your new book! ~ Steve
