As of 2011, I am now a running coach! I love the challenge of looking at your recent running habits and designing a plan to help you meet your goals. I particularly love the weekly coaching interactions and celebrating the progress my clients make.

Creating a custom training program
If you want a training plan for a specific race, I can develop a training plan geared towards your specific goals and needs. The price for a training plan includes a consultation to determine your current fitness level, health/injury history, and running goals. Generally, a two month training plan for a 5K will cost about $40 and an 18-week marathon training program will cost about $85.
Online Run Coaching
This coaching will involve communication that is primarily done by phone and email. The first month of coaching includes an initial phone consultation (approximately 30-60 minutes) and a full training plan with detailed instructions on specific flexibility and strength training exercises. I will do my very best to help you reach your goals. I am available to answer questions, bounce off ideas, and give you whatever support you need. You’ll never be on your own. Price: $90 for the first month and $75 for subsequent months.
